Thanks to Yann's help we were able to take some time back in August to build our new rehearsal space: More Dead Than Alive Studios. There are some photos of the process up on the photos page. If you're curious about the name of the studio, it refers to the dampening of the sound in the once very "live" (read: echo-y) garage. That way we have more control. We'll be running cables up to the new control (it used to be the "rhythm-shack"; more on that later) and recording next week. Exciting as hell!

Jersey City beware. Tonight we're going to be playing music for all those commuters coming up from the path station. It's part of Groove on Grove, which has been hosting concerts all summer long. The first time I caught Groove on Grove, I was bitten by the community bug straight away. What a great thing, being met at your local stop by the sounds of live music. I hope we can come through for ol' JC. Path communters HO!

For those of you that like your music to come in a tactile form, you can get your physical copy from CD Baby. Ironically, those who prefer the immediacy of digital downloads will have to wait for the album to go through the itunes/amazon process.
